Current Inventory Status
Alien 51 is currently in stock and ready to ship.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase. You will automatically receive tracking information by email as soon as your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Fulfillment Process
Orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment location in the order they are received.
During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Any processing estimate displayed on the product page or at checkout reflects the most current expected fulfillment timeline.
Once your order has shipped, the delivery timeline will depend on the destination and shipping carrier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
To request an address change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
A message asking about an order’s status or stating that you may cancel later will be treated as a status inquiry unless you clearly request that the order be canceled.
Orders may only be canceled before they have been fulfilled and shipped. Once a clear cancellation request is received for an unshipped order, the order will be canceled and the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our return and refund policy.
Limited Production Batches
Alien 51 Labs manufactures products in limited production batches to maintain quality control and consistency.
Although the product is currently in stock, inventory may sell out between production releases. Product availability will always be displayed directly on the product page before purchase.
Orders placed while the product is listed as in stock are not considered pre-orders unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in Huntington Beach, California, USA.
U.S. delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days after dispatch, although carrier delays and destination-specific conditions may affect delivery times.
Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier after the package has been accepted. Alien 51 Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, incorrect addresses submitted by the customer, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
