Current Batch Status
The current production batch and estimated shipping window are displayed directly on the product page before purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge the shipping estimate shown for the active batch at checkout.
Fulfillment Process
Once inventory arrives at our fulfillment location, orders are packed and shipped in the order they were received.
You will automatically receive a tracking transmission by email as soon as your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Pre-order fulfillment dates and shipping windows are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, customs inspections, international freight, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
If an order is delayed beyond its estimated shipping window, Alien 51 Labs will provide an updated timeline using the email address submitted at checkout.
Customers who do not wish to continue waiting may request cancellation and a full refund at any time before the order has shipped. To request cancellation, contact [your support email] and clearly state that you would like the order canceled and refunded, along with your order number.
Questions about an order’s status or statements that a customer may cancel in the future will be treated as status inquiries unless the customer clearly requests cancellation. Once a clear cancellation request is received for an unshipped order, the order will be canceled and the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our return and refund policy.
Production Batches
Alien 51 Labs manufactures products in limited production batches to maintain quality control and consistency.
Because of this process, shipping timelines may vary between releases. The current estimated shipping window for each batch is always displayed on the product page before purchase.

Delivery times after shipment depend on the destination and selected shipping service.
