Return + Refund Protocol

Alien 51 is currently in stock and ready to ship. Because in-stock orders may enter fulfillment shortly after purchase, contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

Return Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of the Serum, all returned units must be:

Sealed and unopened
Unused and uncontaminated
In their original packaging
Returned within 14 days of delivery

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval or outside the 14-day return window may not be accepted.

Approved returns must pass inspection before a refund is issued to the original payment method.

Opened Products

For safety and quality-control reasons, opened or used tubs cannot be returned.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

Flavor preference
Stimulant tolerance
Perceived intensity
Sensitivity to beta-alanine tingles
Individual response to the formula

Subjects should review all ingredients, stimulant amounts, dosage instructions, warnings, and product information before entering testing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and shipping packaging.

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges and expedited-shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective item sent by Alien 51 Labs.

Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, clearly state that you would like your order canceled and refunded and include your order number.

Because Alien 51 is in stock and orders may be processed quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Questions about an order’s status or statements that you may cancel later will be treated as status inquiries unless you clearly request cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return requirements listed above.
