Return + Refund Protocol

Due to the classified nature of the compound, all Serum units must remain sealed, unused, and uncontaminated to qualify for return approval.

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must arrive in original packaging and pass laboratory inspection before funding is released back to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Alien 51 Labs does not authorize refunds based on:

- flavor preference

- stimulation tolerance

- intensity response

- tingles sensitivity

- individual mutation experience

Subjects are strongly advised to review all ingredient data, dosage protocols, and product information before entering testing.
